- Segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T- 443 del 2000, en el sentido de indicar que el recurso de apelación se concede contra la sentencia del 6 de febrero de 1998. Por lo tanto, dicho numeral quedará así:

REVOCAR el auto del 10 de noviembre de 1998, proferido por la Sala Civil-Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Popayán, mediante el cual, se resolvió el recurso de queja interpuesto contra el auto del 23 de febrero de 1998, y en su lugar CONCEDER el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra la Sentencia del 6 de febrero de 1998, proferida por la Juez Sexta Civil del Circuito de Popayán, dentro del proceso ordinario de responsabilidad civil extracontractual que ante ese mismo despacho judicial, adelantó el Dr. Alvaro Jesús Urbano Rojas contra de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero.
